One of the best things about working in a French School is that whenever the kids have vacation breaks, you get one too! soo.... Just a month after I returned from my Christmas vacation in Finland, I packed my bags again and headed off to Portugal and Spain! I must say it was an amazing experience where the world has been proven to be small, the beauty of culture has been amplified by the kind locals, and the food is delicious!
